I was contracted by the client, Queensland University of  Technology (Creative Enterprise Australia) to project manage the end of term graduation presentation for the fashion accelerator program for fashion students.  The brief presented was with a set budget to run the event with the venue, including catering, two sessions, runways and Q&A.  

 

There were flights and VIP arrangements as well as full A/V run-sheets, choreography, models and hair and make up as well as back of house to oversee.  I brought on a team of 8 assistants to help run the event.  Approx 160 guests in total, 5 designers, 5 runways, 1 judging panel, and 1 Q&A post event.
