About Me
I have a fifteen-year history working closely in the fashion industry having been based in Paris, Los Angeles and Australia. Some of the titles I have held range from Fashion Editor, Stylist, to Creative Director having owned my own label, to then go on and create an annual Fashion Festival where I was the Founder and Director in one of Australia’s largest States. My experience also stretched into Fashion Curation where I have a reputation for having an eye for the most likely to succeed emerging fashion designers.
Lastly, I often consult on a marketing and branding perspective lecturing in universities and working with fashion and luxury companies refining their entire marketing strategy and reach to increase sales and engagement. I have consulted with businesses ranging from university graduates starting out, to managing global teams in cross country campaigns with companies with turnover in excess of $60m.
I have a passion for sustainability and hope in every role I take on to make the biggest impact possible to creating a sustainable fashion world. My stand out career moments have been interviewing Jimmy Choo, chatting about all things fashion at a private fashion event with Diane von Fürstenberg and attending Paris Fashion Week in 2019.
I was appointed to the Qld Fashion Council for the 2021/2022 year, and have been selected as an International Design Awards Judge for the fashion category for years 2019/2020/2021.
I am also an active Advisor to the Board for the Noosa Biosphere Reserve Foundation. In 2020 I also formed "Women in Fashion" a networking community to build meaningful relationships in the industry.
In recent years she has added a passion to discover, nurture and invest in emerging fashion, with a particular interest in accessories, where in 2022 she launched global jewellery marketplace she.her. www.sheher.com
